Our Grandfather Clock grips allow you do this for grip training and ensure your forearms develop. They can be attached to a pull-up bar and used for pull ups or to kettlebells, a bar or dumbbells for farmers walks.
The Grandfather Clock grips are transferable to rope climbs as they provide a similar stimulus. If you're training in the garage with limited height the grandfather clock grip could be great to incorporate rope climbing-esque movements into your training.
Comes with a Karabiner and a 30cm long webbing strap in order for them to be easily attached and unattached from other training equipment.
