Samuel Atter needed a practical space to train his PT clients as well as running small metabolic and conditioning classes. He decided to develop his business in his own back garden by building a stylish fitness studio, a stones throw away from the breakfast table.

Samuel opted for the humble squat rack. The BSSR1 is one of the smallest options we have, which has allowed him to teach the importance of squatting with a barbell - even with a low lying ceiling.
