Build Quality

• Front Uprights: Crafted from 80 x 80 x 3 mm stainless steel box section, providing unmatched durability.
• Powder Coating: The remaining steel features our signature Bulldog Matte Black powder coat, offering a super-grippy surface.
• Laser-Cut Precision: Each upright includes nitrogen-laser-cut numbered holes (1–30) for seamless barbell and pulley pop-pin placement.

The freestyle arms offer unparalleled versatility with 35 height adjustment options, easily set using a smooth anodized aluminum pop-pin selector. Thanks to the dual independent pulley arms, unilateral exercises are possible, allowing users to target limbs separately with precision and control.

• Cable System: Two independent 120 kg weight stacks with a 2:1 pulley ratio offer smooth, versatile movement. Adjustments are made quickly across 35 positions at 50 mm increments using our pull-pin system.
• Unilateral Training: Perfect for prehabilitation, rehabilitation, and addressing muscle imbalances through independent pulley origins.
• Comprehensive Exercise Options: Perform cable crossovers, flyes, lateral raises, pullovers, crunches, lat pull-downs, extensions, rows, curls, and more. Resistance bands can be added for additional training variation.
• Pull-Up Bar: Multi-grip design supports chin-ups, pull-ups, and neutral grip pull-ups.

Storage Solutions

The Nemesis Rack includes multiple storage options for an organised and efficient training space:

• 8 Weight Horns: Urethane wear-resistant coating prevents damage over time.
• Universal Shelving System: Includes one medicine ball shelf, one kettlebell shelf, and two dumbbell shelves.
• Kettlebell Tray Insert: One insert is included; additional inserts can be purchased separately.

Pallet Delivery
This product is shipped via pallet, this will be a curbside delivery. It is your responsibility to unload the delivery on arrival and dispose of the pallet itself. You will be contacted by our warehouse team to book in your pallet delivery. Should you need to select an alternative day or have access restrictions, please let us know as soon as possible. Failure to do so, 48 hours from delivery can result in additional charges being applied.

Please Note:
Delivery personnel are unable to provide assistance with the physical transportation or placement of this product within your premises, whether it be onto your driveway, garden area, home, or garage.
This product is packaged within a sturdy wooden transport crate at a significant boxed weight. To ensure the safe and effective handling of the product, we strongly recommend a collaborative effort involving a minimum of four individuals utilising appropriate lifting straps.
Prior to delivery, we advise consideration of the installation location and a plan for getting it to its proposed position. For added convenience during installation, the availability of heavy-duty sack barrows, roller crow bars, or furniture sliders are recommended.
