This is tha locking plug is damaged , bend so you cannot lock that bench when you want to sit up !that plug is not going in :( waste of the money ! Absolutely disaster!!! I don’t think I would recommend to anyone!

Very heavy and awkward to move in tight spaces. Once set up, sturdy and comfortable to use but high off the floor for those with stumpy legs like me.

I can’t emphasise enough how good this bench is. It is really well designed and built. I wanted a bench that would fit under my sofa when not in use and this is just perfect for that. It’s a lot heavier and solid than I thought it would be and does not move a bit when using it regardless of the amount of weight you are using. Also looks really stunning I genuinely can’t fault this bench at all . If you are looking for a top quality bench that you can hide out the way when not in use, look no further than this one.

Having recently retired, my plan was to build on my endurance running (cardio), yoga (flexibility) with a new programme focussed on strength and conditioning. Together, I expect these will help to ensure that I continue to enjoy the things I like to do long into the future.
