Do you supply both commercial and home-use gym equipment?
Yes! We offer a full range of commercial-grade and home-use gym equipment to suit all training needs and budgets.
Do you offer installation services?
Yes there is an option for installation on both home gyms and commercial spaces, all prices for this are quoted on an individual basis via sales@bulldoggear.com
Do you ship to Internationally?
Although international shipping is not available directly on the website you can arrange your own couier to collect your items at your own cost. Customer service are more than happy to help you with this, but all shipping charges and import rates/taxes sit with the customer directly.
Can you provide a quotation for my gym?
Yes we can provide you with end to end support for your gym project - large or small. Our dedicated sales team are on hand to offer their expertise.
My order contains a 'pre-order' product, when will my order ship?
Dates are subject to change, this maybe down to shipping and manufacturing times, we will update you with all information as and when we know. If you are unsure of the wait times contact our customer service team on customer.service@bulldoggear.com and they'll do their best to get you an estimated ETA if available.

I run a commercial gym - can I apply for a trade account?
We offer a multitude of benefits to our trade customers, if you'd like to become a trade customer you can apply HERE.
Can i apply a discount on top of a sale item or Bundles?
Unfortunately not - you can only have one discount at a time! We do our best to make our products available at the best possible prices so if multiple discounts are added in error you order may be cancelled.

How are smaller orders shipped?
All of our smaller orders are shipped via third party logistics companies, primarily Parcelforce and Royal Mail.
When your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping notification from the courier which will confirm the delivery date of your order and provide you with a 1-hour time slot for your delivery.
We highly advise not selecting "leaving in a safe place" as this will be classed as an accepted delivery and should you find any issues it makes the claims process a lot more difficult.

The best way to contact us is via email on customer.service@bulldoggear.com although we do have a phone line it is only active 9-4pm Monday-Friday and can get very busy. We advise adding as much info as you can into an email as this will allow our team to find you a solution more quickly - or alternitively they will look to schedule a call at your convenience to discuss.
When will a product come back in stock?
We understand it's frustraiting when the item you want is our of stock, we don't like it either! But our customer service team are here to help if you need a rough EDA - these dates can be subject to change.
