At Bulldog Gear, we stand behind the quality of our equipment. Due to the wide variety of products we offer, warranty terms can vary by category. The following outlines the terms and conditions of our product warranties.

General Warranty Exclusions

The following issues are not covered under any Bulldog Gear warranty:

• Improper use or misuse of equipment

• Normal wear and tear

• Lack of proper maintenance

• Unauthorised repairs or modifications

• Negligence or damage from incorrect storage or assembly

Note: Using Home Gym Series or any product marked non-commercial in a commercial environment will void its warranty. If you’re unsure about product suitability, please contact our customer service team.

Warranty Claims Process

If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect or cosmetic issue:

1. Submit your claim within 30 days of receiving the item.

2. Retain all original packaging. If the packaging has been disposed of, it is your responsibility to repackage the item adequately for return.

3. Email customer.service@bulldoggear.com with:

   • Order name and number

   • Purchase date

   • Clear photos/videos of the issue

   • Description of the issue

For third-party products, contact the manufacturer directly. Our team is happy to help redirect you if needed.

Warranty Terms by Category

Barbells

• Must be used on a minimum 18mm gym matting or drop pads.

• Incorrect use or storage (e.g., outdoors, humid areas, leaving bar loaded) will void warranty.

• Do not drop bars when unloaded or with plates <5kg.

Bumper Plates

• Dropping 5kg or 10kg plates alone repeatedly will void warranty.

• Minimum flooring requirement: 18mm rubber or drop pads.

Kettlebells & Dumbbells

• Covers manufacturing defects only; not wear or cosmetic damage after use.

Electronics

• Excludes batteries, misuse, or poor environmental storage.

Selectorised & Plate Loaded Machines

• Frame: Lifetime (against welded joint separation)

• Weight Stack & Selector Shaft: 3 Years

• Bearings & Pulleys: 1 Year

• Pins, Cables, Vinyl, Upholstery, End Caps: 6 Months

Routine maintenance and proper use are required to retain warranty.

Rigs, Racks & Pull-Up Bars

• Cosmetic damage from regular use not covered.

Storage

• Warranty assessed case-by-case.

• Must report delivery damage before assembly.

• Damage from exceeding weight limits or improper use is not covered.

Benches

• Check weight limits; misuse voids warranty.

Textiles & Upholstery

Accessories & Apparel

Treadmills

• Improper storage, use, or maintenance voids warranty.

Airbikes

• Covers defects only. Wear on grips, pedals, and fairings not covered.

Flooring

• Check for defects before installation.

• Warranty excludes improper installation, unsuitable cleaning agents, or use over unfit subfloors.

• No returns on cut flooring.

Clearance Items – Final Sale

Please note:
All clearance, sale, and “final reduction” items are sold as-is and are not covered under any Bulldog Gear warranty.

• No returns or refunds will be accepted for these products.

• By purchasing a clearance item, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

Discontinued Products

If a discontinued product is found to be defective due to manufacturing error, Bulldog Gear reserves the right to replace it with a comparable item. These cases will be assessed individually.
