Your order will ship via Parcel, 2 Man Delivery Service or Pallet depending on the size of your order and tracking will be provided once your order is ready for dispatch.
PALLET DELIVERY
If your order is shipped via pallet, this will be a curbside delivery. It is your responsibility to unload the delivery on arrival and dispose of the pallet itself. You will be contacted by our warehouse team to book in your pallet delivery. Should you need to select an alternative day or have access restrictions, please let us know as soon as possible. Failure to do so, 48 hours from delivery can result in additional charges being applied.

This bench is excellent, particularly for home gyms. We have a one car garage converted into a home gym. There is value in finding a balance of available kit and floor space. The fold flat feature of this bench means it can be stored compressed & vertically, and that makes a huge difference to the accessibility of your space and the range of workouts available. The bench is rock solid when it is assembled, inspiring stability and confidence under load. The adjustment is simple and gives impressive range from decline to incline. The fold flat functionality is simple and quick to use. I thought there may be compromise choosing this over a traditional adjustable bench but the design is such that it combines robust performance and great storage ability. I was intimidated by the price tag but I feel it actually represents good value now I’m using it and enjoying the features. Hard to understand how I put up with my clunky, noisy & large previous one. If you’re serious about training at home it’s a great, versatile investment.

Amazing bench! 5 stars for sure. It is heavy but what do you expect, the site says it weighs 36kg so I don’t understand why some reviews complain about the weight. It is not too heavy to move around as it has got wheels.
