How to Size Your JR2 Speed Rope

Setting your rope to the correct length is quick and simple.

1. Attach the supplied grub screws to both locking collars.

2. Fit one locking collar to one end of the cable.

3. Slide both handles onto the cable.

4. Fit the second locking collar to the opposite end.

5. Stand on the centre of the rope with both feet.

6. Pull the handles upwards until they reach approximately armpit height while keeping the cable taut.

7. Tighten both locking collars using the supplied Allen key.

8. Once satisfied with the fit, trim any excess cable if required.
