Pallet Delivery
If your order is shipped via pallet, this will be a curbside delivery. It is your responsibility to unload the delivery on arrival and dispose of the pallet itself. You will be contacted by our warehouse team to book in your pallet delivery. Should you need to select an alternative day or have access restrictions, please let us know as soon as possible.
