Bulldog Gear Resistance Bands are great for a number of resistance and assistance exercises, mobility work and Westside methods of training.
You can use our bands for assisted pull ups, dips and deltoid work but to name a few. Resistance bands are a great way to open up new scaling and progression options.

Made of 100% seamless latex, these bands are incredibly strong.
Bands are 104cm (41 inches) long with variable resistance:

Yellow Band- 1040x4.5x6.4mm with a resistance of 3.5-6.8kg
- Red Band- 1040x4.5x13mm with a resistance of 6.8-11kg
- Black Band- 1040x4.5x21mm with a resistance of 11-22.5kg
- Purple Band- 1040x4.5x32mm with a resistance of 15.5-38.5kg
- Green Band- 1040x4.5x44mm with a resistance of 22.5-56.5kg
- Blue Band- 1040x4.5x63mm with a resistance of 29.5-79.5kg

Please note that on delivery your new bands may have a white powdery coating, this is a residue form the manufacturing process that protects the rubber during storage and delivery. This residue can be easily removed with a damp cloth or sponge.
Shipping
We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 - 5 workings days.
TYPE OF DELIVERY SERVICE
Your order will ship via Parcel, 2 Man Delivery Service or Pallet depending on the size of your order and tracking will be provided once your order is ready for dispatch.
PALLET DELIVERY
If your order is shipped via pallet, this will be a curbside delivery. It is your responsibility to unload the delivery on arrival and dispose of the pallet itself. You will be contacted by our warehouse team to book in your pallet delivery. Should you need to select an alternative day or have access restrictions, please let us know as soon as possible. Failure to do so, 48 hours from delivery can result in additional charges being applied.
HIGHLANDS & ISLANDS
We are currently only shipping to the UK Mainland. If you are located in the Highlands and Islands additional charges may apply.
Warranty
3 MONTH WARRANTY - Covers manufacturing defects only; not wear or cosmetic damage after use.
The following issues are not covered under any Bulldog Gear warranty:
- Improper use or misuse of equipment
- Normal wear and tear
- Lack of proper maintenance
- Unauthorised repairs or modifications
- Negligence or damage from incorrect storage or assembly
