Unlike its predecessor, the Zero 2, the Zero 3 features a 1:1 60kg weight stack, providing direct resistance without the need for dual 2:1 stacks. This means smoother adjustments, a more straightforward setup, and a lighter overall weight, making installation even easier.

Delivery Information

Please Note: Kerbside Delivery Only 

  • Delivery drivers are not able to assist with moving this item onto your property, including your driveway, garden, home, or garage.
  • The Zero 3 is securely packaged in a wooden crate with a total boxed weight of 140 kg - net weight of machine is 116kg 
  • We recommend at least four people with suitable lifting straps for handling. Having equipment like heavy-duty sack barrows, roller crow bars, or furniture sliders on hand will make installation easier. 
  • Weight stacks are already pre assembled but can be removed and reassembled if needed.

Installation

  • The Zero 3 arrives boxed with a full-scale template board to ensure accurate drilling and fitting of all wall fixtures.
  • This item is HEAVY and needs proper support to safely install - if you ware unsure on the structural integrity of your wall we strongly advise seeking the advise of of building professional.
  • Ensure the installation surface is level and free from any obstructions that could prevent the machine from sitting flush against the wall.
  • Please note: Wall fixtures are not included with this product so that customers can obtain the correct fixings for their specific wall type.

Warranty Claims Process

If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect or cosmetic issue:

  1. Submit your claim within 30 days of receiving the item.

  2. Retain all original packaging. If the packaging has been disposed of, it is your responsibility to repackage the item adequately for return.

What’s the difference between the Zero 3 and the Zero 2?

The Zero 3 and Zero 2 are both dual adjustable pulley systems built for versatile strength and functional training, but they differ in pulley configuration, frame width, and how resistance is delivered.

Pulley System:
Zero 3: Uses a single weight stack with a 1:1 pulley ratio, so the resistance matches the selected weight — ideal for strength-focused movements. When both handles are used together, the resistance becomes 2:1, as the load is shared across two pulleys. This halves the resistance and doubles cable travel, making it great for isolation work or higher-range movements.

Zero 2: Uses two independent weight stacks, each with a 2:1 pulley ratio. This gives lighter resistance with extended cable travel on both sides. Each arm works from its own stack, but because both sides use a 2:1 ratio, the maximum effective resistance per side is similar to the Zero 3.


Frame Width:
The Zero 3 has a narrower frame than the Zero 2, making it better suited to tight training spaces or home gyms where footprint matters.


Mounting:
Both units are wall-mounted and must be secured to a solid wall. Mounting hardware is not included.
Does the courier bring the item inside my house?

No — delivery is curb side only. The courier will place the pallet at the nearest safe point outside your property.
Does the Zero 3 come with mounting hardware?

No — wall-mounting hardware is not included. Please consult a qualified builder or carpenter to determine the correct fixings for your wall type.
Can the Zero 3 be mounted on stud walls?

Yes, but you will need additional bracing across the studs. We recommend consulting a builder or carpenter before installation.
Can I remove the weight stacks to carry the machine indoors?

Yes — the stacks can be removed to make the unit easier to move. Please contact our Customer Service team for guidance on the process.
Does the Zero 3 come with pull handles?

Yes — the Zero 3 includes one set of pull handles. Additional accessories can be purchased separately.
Can I use a gym pin or drop-set pin with the Zero 3?

No — these are not compatible, as they would interfere with the front panel of the machine.
Can the Zero 3 be mounted above a skirting board?

Yes — the wall brackets can be adjusted to accommodate skirting boards.
What is the returns policy?

As this is a heavy and oversized item, returns work differently from smaller products.
If you notice any damage upon delivery, do not remove the item from the box. Contact Customer Service immediately.

If the product is faulty due to a manufacturing issue, we will arrange collection and provide a replacement.

If you change your mind or the item is damaged during installation, the customer is responsible for the return costs.
