Quality work out bench. Rugged and the incline adjustments for both bottom and top parts are easy. The only thing is the weight (it weighs 55 kilos!), but because of that is it solid and will withstand a lot of hammering of a long period of time. A bit pricey but well worth the investment in something that will literally last a lifetime.

Almost perfect. I did a lot of research trying to find the best value zero gap bench. I liked this over the competitors' as the seat angle and the backrest angle were lockable unlike in many other this price bracket benches which have a slot-in adjustment, which can move when the bench is moved. This bench retains its angle adjustments even when tilted or moved. Solid build and very heavy, so it's very stable. Nice bench material. The seat combined with the backrest seem longer than most benches when flat, which is nice when bench pressing as the bench doesn't need to be 100% in the right position allowing sliding up and down. The zero gap is very nice, as in my odl adjustable bench, the gap would be around my SI-joint and the edges would press on it. If I could change two things, they'd be a removable T-piece (where the leg attachment goes) on the top make it sturdy stored upright and a longer D-handle instead of the bar for easier manoeuvrability, as currently the bottom of the bench seat edge presses on the arm when moving the bench and due to the weight it's uncomfortable to move it with a single hand. Longer handle would allow the moving the bench better, preferably knurled D- handle. I managed to get it from sale, so it was great value compared to similar zero-gap/no-gab benches.
