Very heavy and awkward to move in tight spaces. Once set up, sturdy and comfortable to use but high off the floor for those with stumpy legs like me.

I can’t emphasise enough how good this bench is. It is really well designed and built. I wanted a bench that would fit under my sofa when not in use and this is just perfect for that. It’s a lot heavier and solid than I thought it would be and does not move a bit when using it regardless of the amount of weight you are using. Also looks really stunning I genuinely can’t fault this bench at all . If you are looking for a top quality bench that you can hide out the way when not in use, look no further than this one.

Having recently retired, my plan was to build on my endurance running (cardio), yoga (flexibility) with a new programme focussed on strength and conditioning. Together, I expect these will help to ensure that I continue to enjoy the things I like to do long into the future.
To help me achieve these ambitions I developed a home gym, and the Zero Plus exercise bench was the last item needed. After a lot of research, I decided on the Zero Plus in part because of the flexibility it offered, re the ability to store it/move it in a relatively small space. But I was also impressed by its weight load capacity, giving me all of the capabilities I need, as my strength improves. In short, I am at the start of my ‘strength’ journey and Bulldog’s Xero Plus will allow me to improve over many years.
