The final episode of this first installment of The Home Gym Series looks at Craig Richey and how the transformation of his garage has benefitted him as an athlete and a person.
In Craig’s case, he has been surprised by the social aspect of his gym, while his performance as an athlete has reached new heights.
Through owning a home gym, the YouTuber has also unearthed a killer Airbike workout, which has become his go to whenever he steps into the garage.
